After sales support and advice
If you are looking for a mobility company with a longstanding history, family values, highly knowledgeable and friendly professionals and no pressure to buy, then the experts at Wenman Healthcare are the people for you.
Knowledgable and friendly
No pressure to buy
Recognised by healthcare professionals as being experts in both equipment and on-going mobility advice, this family run company, which has been trading for nearly thirty years, can help clients with any and all mobility needs, whether they have a quick question or need a completely personalised package including a new daily living aid.
The Wenman Healthcare showroom is set in privately owned grounds near the stunning towns of Warwick and Stratford-Upon-Avon.
The private placement of the showroom means you can test-drive your scooter or power chair in safety and comfort, and without being close to a road or on a bustling high street.
There are a variety of terrains also so you can test and assess the suitability of the potential mobility aid to the max! Visitors will also find our workshop here which is fully equipped to service and repair most kinds of aid.
The showroom offers many daily living aids and mobility aids including but not limited to:
Lift and recline chairs
To reassure you that our skills, knowledge and expertise is some of the best in the business we are a member of the British Healthcare Trade Association – whose Code of Practice all members must abide by – and is approved by the Trading Standards Institute. Training and education is at the heart of any BHTA member company so you can rest assured that you are in good, capable hands when you work with Wenman Healthcare.
Our mission at Wenman Healthcare is not to pressure sell but merely assist during what can be a potentially sensitive or difficult time, no matter the client age or needs.
Our small and highly experienced team can talk visitors through the ins-and-outs of purchasing a mobility aid from start to finish, and for returning customers, we can assist them with any questions which may have arisen and help find an upgrade or newer model if and when they require it.
We are here simply to help make this as smooth a transition as possible.
As many mobility aids require our expert assessment of the needs of both the client and the environment they shall be used in, certain items in our stock are not available online.
Items which are generally not found there are more specialised items such as condition specific chairs and mobility aids.
For customers who cannot travel but live within a thirty mile radius of our Warwick showroom, they can call us to arrange a free home assessment.
