Mission
Our mission is to work as part of your professional healthcare team, assisting and advising as qualified Trusted Assessors to ensure you can enjoy life and live safely, in style, with the best possible tried and tested products.

Quality
We are the “go-to help” for thousands of less able people. Our fully equipped showroom is divided into sections for daily living, home adaptations and mobility products. We carefully vet our products for their quality and suitability.

Process
We take visitors through the ins-and-outs of purchasing a mobility aid or healthcare product from start to finish, assist with any questions which may arise, and when required help modify or find an upgrade or newer model.

Expertise
Many homes and mobility aids require an assessment of the needs of both the client and the environment they will be used in. We provide this free of charge, using the Trusted Assessor qualification and four decades of helping and advising our local community.

Including attending events in Westminster in the earlier years of the company when Mobility products were being legislated, such as scooters. She is in the showroom daily greeting clients despite being in her 10th decade.
June has spent her life in our local community, working in healthcare, from her teenage years she was a church organist, sung with a choir for 20 years and sat on the parochial church council. She has a keen interest in floristry, having run a local flower festival for charity for many years.

Hayley Haynes
Hayley has worked with the company for nearly ten years and is a Trusted Assessor. She looks after the day to day running of the business, but finds helping our customers choose the best most suitable equipment for their needs the most rewarding part of the job.
Outside of work, you can normally find Hayley supporting Coventry City Football Club, looking after an eclectic mix of pets or spending time with her partner watching the latest horror movies!

Danny McNamara
Danny is also a Trusted Assessor, and works in the workshop servicing and repairing equipment. Outside of work, you can find Danny enjoying his garden and making modifications to his house.
Danny has worked with the company since May 2024, coming from an IT background, and has been doing significant work on looking after and developing our website.

Malcolm Jones
Malcolm works with the team on a part time basis visiting local care homes and hosting information stands in the community hubs and building a close network with healthcare professionals.
Whilst out in the community, Malcolm is always on hand with advice. Outside of work, Malcolm enjoys holidays in Spain and travelling in his motor home, he also looks after an allotment.

Kate Baxter
Kate has been with the company for a significant number of years and looks after all the accounts and finances; she also understands a lot about suppliers and mobility equipment.
With a huge amount of experience, Kate helps the team on a part-time basis. She enjoys singing in local choirs and is also involved with her local church as a church council member and treasurer.
In addition to our closely knit team we can call on and introduce you to a wealth of knowledge through specialists who supply our products, local healthcare charities, support organisations and healthcare professionals who are always keen to assist and support when needed.
