Professional Training Facilities at Wenman Healthcare
Wenman Healthcare offers a refurbished, on-site training and consulting room designed to support the professional development of healthcare workers, care providers, and clinical practitioners. We are also the Regional Training Centre for Trusted Assessing & Care Training (TACT). Conveniently located at our Independent Living Centre in a peaceful rural setting, our training facility provides a dedicated space for care training courses, manual handling instruction, and client consultations. Whether you’re a care home manager, independent practitioner, or part of a healthcare training organisation, our facility is the perfect location to conduct regulated healthcare training, run certified courses, or host private consultations in a calm and professional environment.
Fully Equipped
Our training room is fully equipped with the latest mobility equipment, such as profiling beds, standing hoists, ceiling track hoists, Re-Turns, slings, wheelchairs, walking frames and more!
Rural Setting
We are based in a unique rural farm setting, the view from our training room windows overlooks miles of fields. Our training room is also just a 5-minute drive from junction 15 of the M40.
Kitchen & Bathroom
Private kitchen and bathroom area for you and your colleagues whilst on site. We provide refreshments such as tea & coffee making facilities and most importantly the biscuit to dunk!
Free Parking
Free ample parking readily available directly outside the training room. We also have a number of disabled car parking spaces. Please be mindful of the speed humps when coming down the lane!
Help on Hand 24/7
During your time with us on a training course, there is always someone at the next door mobility showroom who are on hand for any queries or needs you have during your stay.
Opening Hours
The training room is readily available Monday-Friday 9-5. Our morning sessions are 9-1 and our afternoon sessions are 1-5, full day booking is also available. We can be flexible with these times when possible.
