Delivery, installation and collection: most items £20 up to 5 miles, £40 for 5–15 miles. Riser recliner chairs and profiling beds: £40 up to 5 miles, £60 for 5–15 miles. Deliveries over 15 miles are agreed at time of booking. Prefer to collect? Visit our showroom in Barford — often quicker and more cost-effective.
The refundable deposit covers any accidental damage or equipment returned in an unclean state.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly can I get equipment delivered?
We aim to deliver as quickly as possible, often within a day or two of booking depending on the equipment and your location. Call us on 01926 624432 if you need something urgently and we’ll do our best to help. You can also collect from our showroom in Barford.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery, installation and collection is £20 up to 5 miles and £40 for 5–15 miles for most items (£40 and £60 for riser recliner chairs and profiling beds). For anything over 15 miles, we’ll agree a price with you when you book.
What if I need to extend my hire?
Just give us a call before your hire period ends and we’ll extend it for you — there’s no need to return and re-book the equipment.
Do I need to clean the equipment before returning it?
We ask that equipment is returned in a clean state. Your refundable deposit covers any equipment returned unclean or with accidental damage.
What happens if something breaks while I have it?
Please notify us immediately if any equipment breaks down. Do not attempt to repair it yourself. For further details, please refer to our hire T&C’s.
Is the deposit refunded automatically?
Yes — once the equipment is returned and checked over, your deposit is refunded in full unless there’s accidental damage or it’s come back unclean.
Do you provide slings for hoists?
No — slings must be individually assessed and sized by an Occupational Therapist and are not supplied by us.
