What to expect from an assessment.

Much of the equipment or services we provide require proper assessment for their suitability and that it is appropriate. Incorrect use can lead to exacerbating a health issue or putting you or others at risk.

• One of our DBS checked qualified Trusted Advisors or Assessors will always be available at our showroom or can conduct a home visit (no obligation to buy) on what equipment or products might enable you to live safely and independently at home.
• The qualification enables our team to work closely with health care professionals to prescribe the right equipment suitable for a health condition, if relevant.
• Trusted Assessors and Advisors have been externally trained and accredited by TACT (Trusted Assessing and Care Training) regulated by OCN London as a provider of this national qualification, (see trusted assessors).
• We also, in many cases, have the ability to loan or hire equipment, to enable you to try before you buy.

Our qualification is designed to complement the valuable work of the Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists providing them with help and information on the choice and fitting of the most appropriate equipment and latest technology.
